Natalie is an incredible trainer. I have struggled with my weight for years and after personal training with Natalie I have lost over 3 stone and feel better than I have in years. She is so encouraging and really helps me reach my milestones and celebrates with me. Natalie is a lovely, warm and incredibly talented trainer and I am so glad I met her!

"In Sept, 2014, I began working with Natalie to rehabilitate a chronic 15 year battle with back pain after an injury which required surgery in 2006. I asked Natalie to help strengthen my core and improve my fitness and muscle tone. Now approching 40 my body alignment was being compromised by my injury and my confidence was low. Over the last 5 months, Natalie has designed a programme and worked extensively with me to rehabilitate my injury, resulting in me being pain free for the first time in 8 years!

I dislike numbers, despite having been affiliated with them for so long, being that I am part of the 57.2% of women who are overweight or obese, that I am amongst the 71% of women that attempt dieting, and of course the 66% of those women that give up mid way, I guess you can say that it has been challenging so far, and I know many people can sympathize with me.
Natalie has taught me through our personal training sessions that I hold so much power within myself that needs to be released. I found that it was her frequent nudges, her constant support, and guiding me in the right direction, not to mention the tough and agonizing training sessions, that not only lead me to loose weight, but astonishingly drop a whopping 12” off my waist, although I don’t like to brag.
Additionally her words of wisdom, her persistence and patience helped me to believe in myself, and conclude that in order to physically loose weight, I have to work on having a strong mind, and an even stronger desire to be healthier, despite the setbacks I endure.
Our training sessions, delved into various areas; from Cardio and working on my heart rate, to working on my abdominals, back, arms and of course one for the ladies, Glutes! Moreover, I thoroughly enjoyed that no two sessions were the same, but you can be guaranteed that Natalie will encourage you during every session, and push you harder with the result of you becoming better and seeing results through each session; exceeding the limit you set for yourself. After my 5th training session with Natalie I discovered that I was less sleepy throughout the day, a lot more energized, and began feeling stronger, fitter and healthier. With a perk being that I amazingly became fonder of the gym than I thought possible.
Natalie is extremely supportive and accommodating of my busy schedule, which includes; frequent travelling, and running my own business. However, Natalie adapted around that as well as gave me tasks, and tips on how to remain fit and on track whilst she wasn’t present; Food recipes, tips on meal preparations and home/office exercises to name a few. As she embedded deep within me, that if I wait for a perfect time to do things, time would eventually pass by. Word to the wise, don’t let time phase you.
Ron DeLegge II, once said that; “99% of all statistics only tell 49% of the story.” Currently, I’m embarking on re-writing my story, and I’m loving it! The only con being that I didn’t begin re-writing it sooner!
